I discovered the Hubbard Management System in 1988, while being a sales & marketing consultant in Europe. I had earned an MBA in the USA in 1984 and I was pretty proud about my diploma. It did help me gain credibility with potential employers and actually earned me a great job in a US multinational company. However, when I started my own consulting business in 1986, I felt I was missing the appropriate tools to make things go right and to expand my business stably – by myself…
This is when I discovered the principles of the Hubbard Management System, contained in the “Organization Executive Course”, a 10-volume management encyclopedia entirely written by L. Ron Hubbard.
With some basic principles from the Hubbard Management System – which I had NEVER learned during my MBA years, I started U-MAN Belgium, a management training company.
